It's listed as Used because there are some scratches/dent on the plastic plate from storage/transportation, but fan is fully functional.
    This is the fan assembled onto the heatsink of the video cards with tiny screws, no heatsink or screws will be included with the fan. To install it, you need to take the tiny screws on the original heatsink off, then you will be able to pull the fan off from the heatsink assembly and install the new one back on.
