Hand Crafted Solid Oak Display Stand for the Colt 1911 or clones

The base of this stand measures 3/4" x 2-1/2" x 10-5/8" and has an attractive beveled edge
The magazine well post that the gun sets over is 1/2" x 1-3/8" and 2-1/4" tall, is set at 15 Degrees and it is short enough for virtually any model down to even the small "compact" size guns.
I tediously construct these stands with the post running through the base of the stand resulting in a rock solid stand with nothing to "assemble" and nothing to "come loose"
Each stand is meticulously hand sanded down to a very fine grit, stained to a medium tone, clear coated with a semi-gloss Lacquer and then finally "hand polished" for a super smooth, beautiful final product that is more than worthy of anything that you would like to display on it.
