Riedell RS1000
hand-made low-cut racing shoes size 9.5  in the USA. Condition is "Pre-owned". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
The skates are about 12 years old, and have been gently used, mostly to skate around Central Park and Manhattan streets, in good weather. The right truck was reversed at time of purchase by the sports shop to improve high speed braking. I have probably put a good couple of hundred miles on them so far, and they are probably good for many more miles, but my knees are not. The brake pads will need changing soon, they do not last long when you skate the streets.
The trucks are extra-long for this size shoe, for additional high-speed stability. The wheels are a bit worn, but still have good shape and have a lot of life left. The shoes are a bit scuffed, what did you expect? They run a bit tight, I have wide feet, they were always a tight fit for me, especially as I mostly use size 10 shoes these days. The skates are fast and stable, and the braking is awesome, with the toe brake reversed to the heel position. These are real skates for a real skater, do not buy them if you do not know what you are doing!
