Radio Shack PRO-106 Handheld Radio Scanner-Digital Trunking
Used but works fine. Some static when turning up the volume but I'm sure some electrical contact cleaner will fix this. Did have some leaky batteries (see pics), I gave it a clean but could do with a little more but it works fine. Listen to the NOAA weather and sounded fine
